Number prefix Start from Approved by

Bills are numbered PREFIX + number (e.g. GZ-101); receipts get an R (GZ-R12). Numbers never repeat. “Start from” only takes effect if it’s higher than the last number used.

Delete all bills

Removes every saved bill and receipt. A CSV backup downloads first, then everything is deleted — this can’t be undone. PAN bills normally have to be kept for tax records, so use this to clear test data.
